Every order is delivered in 2 days or less!

Standard Order: Order will be shipped within 24 hours, once payment details have been approved.

Weekend Order: Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will only be shipped on Monday, and received by Wednesday.

Public Holiday Order: Orders placed on a public holiday will be shipped out the next working day.

Orders placed later in the evening on the eve of a public holiday will also be shipped out on the next working day.

Langkawi & East Malaysia Order: For orders going to Langkawi and East Malaysia, please anticipate delivery to be anywhere from 2-5 working days.

At the check-out page, you will be able to see the delivery costs once you have entered in the delivery address along with a postcode. Delivery costs vary depending on the different zones allocated according to the postcode for delivery.

Peninsular Malaysia
Zone 1 (Major town): 1st 2kg RM6, additional 2kg RM2

Zone 2 (Non major town): 1st 2kg RM6, additional 2kg RM2
Zone 3 (Outskirt): 1st 2kg RM6, additiobal 2kg RM2

East Malaysia
Zone 4 (Sabah): 1st kg RM12, additional 500g RM5
Zone 5 (Sarawak): 1st kg RM10, additional 500g RM5

Yes! We will courier on the same day provided your order is made by 11am (Monday – Friday).

We ship to all states in Malaysia! (Perlis, Kedah, Pulau Pinang, Perak, Selangor, Kuala Lumpur, Melaka, Johor, Kelantan, Trengganu, Negeri Sembilan, Sabah & Sarawak)

Shipping is FREE within Peninsula Malaysia for all orders above RM100. (Sometimes we have special offers for FREE SHIPPING & you will only know about this if you are our Facebook fan or if you have subscribed to our newsletter!) Hurry and join us for these great deals!

For orders below RM100, shipping rates depending on the different zones will vary. All shipping costs are calculated automatically at check out, once delivery address is entered along with the post code.

If you know there is a chance that no one will be home, you can always choose for your package to be delivered straight to your office. Alternatively, if you would like us to deliver at a particular time, please send us an email at so that we can process your request as seamlessly as possible.

An email will be sent to you by the parcel company – Easy Parcel, complete with details of your tracking number for your order to track the progress of delivery.
